Susan was very responsive, professional, and extremely kind and understanding. At the beginning, she promised me that she would do anything she can to get the loan approved and close on our house. Well she definitely kept her promise! If I had any questions, she was always there to answer them quickly. She informed me of everything she was doing and explained everything clearly, which was important for me as I am a first-time home owner.

1 - a better interest rate at the first moment so I wouldn’t go look the market find a better one to start negotiating;
2 - communicate about more options on how to reduce interest rates, I was able to better understand because I research the market;
3 - agent was always available to talk and reply email fast but I missed a little of proactively since I was constantly remembering/requesting status of the process and at the end when everything was fine and we were in advance in time we lost the closing date.
