So many great highlights i dont even know where to start, Majour made the home owner experience as easy as it can get.
My listing agent and attorney where surprised by how fast he was able to submit and get done any type of paperwork.
He was able to get me the best rate and maximum amount of loan for my particular situation, majour also help me with my concerns during the loan application and was always available when needed.
Overall it was a great pleasure working with such a talented and dedicated person, will definitely contact him for my next purchase.

Majour was a God sent! This is my first home and my husband's second home and we were extremely nervous and unsure of how the process would go. Now that we have closed, I feel like the whole process only took 3 weeks. Majour is very knowledgeable and approachable which help ease the tension that can come with doing business. Major is extremely patient and answered all our questions. Some of them more than once. The explanation requested was given to us in terms that we could understand, which made the process even easier. Majour was very responsive. He gave us more than we expected!

Buying a home is already a stressful situation, add on top doing it while working full time from home with a toddler it’s even worse. I would not have been able to go through this process if it wasn’t for Kevin and his team. From the beginning, walking us through what we were approved for, being available at the drop of a hat when we wanted to know what our monthly payment would be for a house just saw, to the last leg of obtaining an amazing interest rate, Kevin and the team worked with us day in and day out. Kevin supported our family through our home purchase, we closed on the house this month.
