We were given estimates on what the rate would be and the rate we got was much higher. I know that Ms. Lane does not set the rates, but it would have been better to know that we were going to get one higher than we expected. Also, it took longer to close than anticipated - again - not really Ms. Lane's fault as she can only provide us information that comes from others. Again, if we knew it would take until December to close we would have been better prepared.

This man answered every call or text with in 2 min. He worked more like my realtor then my realtor. He told me from day one that we're going to get this deal done. I was on thin ice not closing.
