Susan Lane is fantastic her communication is spot on! She takes the time to explain what is needed. Susan was there every step of the way. She is understanding & you can tell she is passionate about helping you achieve your goal! She is super easy to speak with, always ready to explain and give you her time. It was a good experience. Not only Carolina, but Valentina and Karina have been very supportive too not minimizing any efforts to give me accurate information and answering all my doubts. The only negative point was the time that it took for the whole process, which was much longer than I expected (almost 4 months).
