First and foremost I’m not technically inclined and Majour has such patience and took so much time to explain everything I had questions about. I actually refer to him as my son. WOW!! My experience was a wonderful one! In the beginning I was very hesitant because this was a new step for me but as time went on and I began to receive support and communication from Carolina, Landy and others I began to feel at ease and just relaxed and let them do what they do best! From the first phone call I made to sue was all it took. Her exact words were “ I will help you get a house “ and that’s exactly what she did. Purchasing my first home and knowing nothing about the stress and everything it came with, I wanted to quit many many times and she would call me just to check on me when she doesn’t hear from me for days. She will encourage me to keep searching, keep on looking, it takes time, you will find a place, she will answer my phone calls even when on vacation. Who does that? Only sue. Sue will go out of her way to push and push and push, look through numbers, see where she can cut down cost, made sure numbers were right, eliminating unnecessary cost, repeated numbers, I mean the bottom line is this, NO SUE, NO HOUSE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. She is the alternate rock and I will refer anyone, Friends, families that are interested in purchasing a home to come to her.
